Nexus Fostering has been making a difference in the lives of disadvantaged children and young people in care since 2002. Our ethos is centred around unrivalled support for our carers, extensive training and fostering excellence. Our management and social work teams have extensive experience of children’s social work and family placements, within both the statutory and independent sector. We work in close partnership with local authorities to identify and meet the needs of their children and provide safe and secure homes for young people.
All our offices have a full complement of qualified staff to give local support to carers. This includes regular supervision with Social Workers who live locally, alongside local training and local Foster Carer support groups. In a nutshell, there is always somebody close-by and available to support our carers. Today, the company covers the middle of England with offices in: Norwich, Derby, Birmingham, Cambridge, Hornchurch, Telford, Ampthill, Gloucester and Harrow.

We have been fostering with Nexus for nearly 2 years now, we can not praise Nexus enough, the support, training, help & advice or just a shoulder to cry on in times of need is second to none. We have a great team of friendly carers too & we all like to support each other, none of this has changed throughout this pandemic, we are all there for each other more than ever, the staff are on hand 24/7 however big or small your query is, its never too much for them, from top management all the way to admin, we are just one big family. Would recommend this agency to anyone, you won't find better.

We cannot recommend them enough! They held our hand at the start making sure that the placements we had were right both for us and the children this has led to a long term placement and the children are still with us to this day. Nexus through the last 9years have offered an extremely high standard of support and training which is the same today as it was at the beginning of our journey in to fostering
