We are delighted to announce the launch of our office base for the Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ Nexus Fostering Midland Team who has moved to refurbished premises in Edgbaston, Birmingham. Now based within a beautiful period building, with landscaped grounds and stylish office space, from here we will continue to offer our looked after children and young people high quality placements and support.
Alongside the opening of our freshly updated premises, our specialist multidisciplinary team has launched our unique new service for looked after children and young people: Nexus Care+. In partnership with Peter Littleford, a registered and accredited psychotherapist with a specialism in complex attachment issues, Peter becomes our Lead Psychotherapist – enabling us to provide therapeutic foster placements for looked after children and young people.
For our local authority partners in the area, we would like to invite you to drop in and visit our new premises, where Peter and our experienced social work team will be available to talk about Nexus Care+ placements and how together we offer therapeutic placements that offer breakthrough and healing.
