We are delighted to announce that we are opening a new office at The Old School House in Framingham Earl. The official opening will be on Thursday 13th June where agency founder and Director, Grace Wyatt will be ‘cutting the ribbon’ at 12 noon.
We have been supporting local, vulnerable children and young people in the Norfolk and Suffolk are for 16 years, previously leasing our old office in Wymondham and Norwich. We are now settling in to our new building for the long term at Framingham Earl. From this new office, we will be able to train and support our foster carers and their families, hold meetings, provide a contact venue for children with their families and hold other events such as our drop ins and family days.
At the start, Nexus Fostering had only begun with 2 sets of foster families in the area, and now we support over 70 families in Norfolk and Suffolk that care for 100 or more children and young people at any one time, so it’s vital that they continue to be supported with a local office and local staff.

“This new building is an exciting new development for Nexus Fostering. Having all our services on one site will bring more opportunities for growing our foster carers, our staff and the services we offer to local children and young people.
“Built in 1840, The School House has been a prominent community building for most of that time, and we feel privileged to carry on that community investment, enabling us to support some of the most vulnerable children and young people in Norfolk and Suffolk.”
We are holding an open event in the afternoon, after the official opening on the 13th June, for anyone that’s interested in fostering. Nexus Fostering are always seeking new foster carers for a variety of children and young people, with an experienced and friendly group of social workers, therapists and support workers that closely work alongside their foster carers.
